Not medical advice
The Training app gives general fitness guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional. Plans for health conditions and for easing back after an injury are general and gentle: they do not diagnose, treat or rehabilitate any condition.
- Before you start: check with a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition or an injury, are pregnant, or haven’t exercised for a while.
- Stop and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness, or pain that gets worse.
- Your choice: you decide whether to follow any plan or suggestion, and you do so at your own risk.
Equipment
When the app controls a smart trainer or treadmill, use the equipment as its maker instructs and keep its own safety controls (stop button, safety clip, remote) within reach. The app never starts a treadmill belt by itself, but you remain responsible for using the equipment safely.
Your accounts
You connect the app to services you choose, such as intervals.icu and Strava. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Protoporos Ltd is not liable for loss or injury arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
